Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 Overview
Due to the nature of legal services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.3 Non-Refundable Components
- Government fees (Gazette, court fees, stamp duty)
- Newspaper publication charges
- Notarization and attestation fees
- Document procurement charges (RTI, certified copies)
- Completed consultation fees
2.4 Cancellation Process

Send an email to justsolutions.net@gmail.com with the subject:
“Cancellation Request – Order ID”
- Include your registered mobile number and reason for cancellation
- Cancellation requests are processed within 5–7 working days
2.5 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 working days
2.6 Service Failure by Firm
If we fail to deliver committed services due to our fault:
- 100% refund of professional fees
- Government fees refunded only if not utilized
2.7 Rejection by Government Authority
- No refund of professional fees if rejection is due to incorrect client-provided information
- 50% refund if rejection is due to our procedural error
- Re-filing can be done at 50% of the original professional fees
